4. About the AI Chatbot “Premium AI Concierge”

We offer an AI chatbot, “Premium AI Concierge”, so that we can answer your questions about properties right away. So that you can use it with confidence, we handle it as follows.

  1. You do not need to enter your name, address or phone number in order to use it. We may ask for an email address only when you would like us to contact you.
  2. We record the information you enter and the answers we provide, in order to review and improve the quality of those answers. We also record your IP address, information identifying your browser, and your member ID if you are logged in as a member.
  3. To generate answers, the information you enter is sent to the API provided by OpenAI, L.L.C. in the United States. Under the terms of that company, content sent through the API is not used to train its AI models. For information on the personal information protection framework of the United States, the destination country, please refer to the information published on the website of the Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan.
  4. Recorded conversations are used within the scope of the purposes set out in Section 3, and are kept for maintaining and improving the quality of answers and for handling inquiries. Records older than 12 months are deleted on a rolling basis. As a rule, analysis is carried out on aggregated data that does not identify individuals.
  5. Answers generated by AI are provided as general guidance and reference information. Please confirm the final terms and price of a property with our staff.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve usability and to understand how the site is used.

  1. Cookies do not directly contain personal information such as your name or address. However, if you are logged in as a member, they may be used in combination with your member information.
  2. You can disable cookies at any time in your browser settings. In that case some features, such as staying logged in or saving search conditions, may become unavailable.

6. Change of Purpose

We may change the purpose of use when the new purpose is reasonably related to the original purpose. If changed, we will notify users or publish the revised purpose on this website.
