Grand Maison Rokumantai-cho Project

Grand Maison Rokumantai-cho Project (tentative name) is a tower condominium planned by Sekisui House and Japan Post Real Estate in Rokumantai-cho, Tennoji Ward, Osaka City. It is a reinforced concrete structure with 24 floors above ground, an approximate height of 83.0 m, an approximate site area of 1,330.75㎡, and an approximate total floor area of 7,689.40㎡. Construction is scheduled to start in February 2026, with completion planned for March 2029. It is about a 2-minute walk from Shitennoji-mae Yuhigaoka Station on the Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line. On the adjacent site to the north, "Grand Maison Kamishio Project (tentative name)" (13 floors above ground) by the same developers will be developed at the same time, creating an integrated district development. The total number of units, layouts, shared facilities, and official name have not yet been announced. The Shitennoji-mae Yuhigaoka area is located on the elevated Uemachi Plateau and is valued as a residential area that combines a calm environment of educational and temple/shrine surroundings with access to the city center.
