A 37-story tower condominium, “Sakaisuji Hommachi,” directly connected to the Sakaisuji Hommachi station, is being developed on the Teijin Headquarters site.

Introducing the first appearance in Kansai of the condominium series “MJR” by JR Kyushu.
Since the start of the project in the first year of Heisei, including buildings like “MJR Akasaka Tower” and “MJR Rokumonmatsu” in Fukuoka Prefecture, and “MJR The Garden Kagoshima Chuo” in Kagoshima Prefecture, we have supplied a total of 89 buildings and 6,601 units as part of the series.

The main feature of this tower condominium is that all condominium units (total 296 units) start from the 15th floor.

Even the lowest residential unit is on the 15th floor. Up to the 14th floor, they are rental condominiums, but from the 1st-floor entrance to the common areas and elevators, the design for the condominiums and rentals are completely different.
